I’m taking breath samples, why am I not seeing them in Pivot?

If a breath sample you just took isn't yet displaying in Pivot app, we recommend giving it a few seconds to load. There is a slight delay while your breath sensor syncs and sends the information to the app. If you still do not see the breath sample reading you just took, you can press 'Sync Now' option under Sensor Settings. You can even try exiting the app, come back to it later and press 'Re-sync Data' option as well. Make sure that the status of the device shows as 'Connected' before Syncing or Re-syncing data.

If your breath sensor shows "connected" and you're still not seeing your samples in the CO Log in Pivot after several minutes, please contact tech support at support@pivot.co.
