I downloaded the Pivot app but I don't see it on my phone

If you're not seeing the Pivot app on your phone's main screen after you download it, it may be in your general app collection. This can happen on some Android phones. 

On Android, you have your main app screens as well as a full collection of all the apps on your phone. The icon for that collection looks something like this:

Or it may appear as an arrow indicating you should swipe up to see the full app collection:

If you scroll through that main collection, you should be able to find the Pivot app. You can press down on the app icon to drag it onto your main screen.
