How do I order NRT?

Ordering Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is easier than ever!

Log into the Pivot App and look for the NRT link near the bottom of the home page. If you have any free NRT orders available to you the link will be displayed. Click it to get started with your order.

On the next screen, you can learn more about NRT or you can go straight to placing your order. You can also learn more about NRT in the Medications lesson within “Build A Plan.” Please select the product or combo that best fits your needs.

On the following page, you will be asked to confirm if you have any health considerations.

There are several types of NRT available through Pivot including gum, lozenges, and patches.

Select the appropriate dosage based on your tobacco usage

Choose a flavor if applicable

Finally, you will be asked to enter your shipping information and confirm your order.

*When entering your address please use the two-letter state code and not the full name of your state (CA vs California) as the app will sometimes give an invalid address error if you enter the full name.

Your NRT should arrive in about a week.
